Can I change my membership plan?
Yes. Your VIP Healthcare Membership is flexible – there’s no long-term contract.
You can change or cancel your membership at any time.
Just let us know at your next appointment so we don’t add the £10 fee for the following month.

VIP Healthcare Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. About this membership
1.1. The VIP Healthcare Membership (“Membership”) is offered by Bob Ward Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic, trading as VIP Healthcare.
1.2. By completing the online sign-up form and joining the Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What the membership includes
2.1. The Membership provides you with a 20% discount on all eligible services at our clinic for one month from the activation date.
2.2. Eligible services include (but are not limited to):
Physiotherapy appointments
Musculoskeletal (MSK) sessions
Pain management sessions
Injection therapy sessions
2.3. The discount applies to services only, unless we clearly state in writing that it includes specific products or packages.
2.4. The discount cannot be used together with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless we state otherwise.
3. Membership fee & payment
3.1. The Membership costs £10 per month.
3.2. When you sign up on the website, no payment is taken online.
3.3. The £10 fee will be added to your next appointment after you sign up.
3.4. Once the £10 fee has been paid, your Membership will be active for one month from that date.
3.5. If you do not attend your next appointment, the Membership will not be activated and the fee will not be charged, unless otherwise agreed with you.
4. Renewal of membership
4.1. The Membership runs for one month at a time.
4.2. At the end of each month, your Membership may be renewed for a further month by charging another £10 at your next appointment.
4.3. We will not renew the Membership if you tell us you wish to change or cancel it (see section 5).
5. Changing or cancelling your membership
5.1. You can change or cancel your Membership at any time.
5.2. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must tell us before your next appointment that you no longer wish to continue the Membership.
5.3. Changes or cancellation will take effect from the next membership month and will not affect any discounts already used in the current month.
6. Using your discount
6.1. Your 20% discount applies only to appointments and services booked and attended during your active membership period.
6.2. The discount:
Cannot be backdated to past appointments
Cannot be transferred to another person
Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
7. Our right to make changes
7.1. We may change the price, benefits, or terms of the Membership from time to time.
7.2. If we make a significant change (for example, changing the fee or discount level), we will notify you in advance where reasonably possible.
7.3. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your Membership before your next membership month begins.
8. Data protection & contact
8.1. When you sign up, you provide your name and email address so we can manage your Membership.
8.2. Your data will be stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8.3. By joining the Membership, you agree that we may contact you about your Membership, appointments and relevant clinic updates.
8.4. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
