When to book

When you have muscle, joint or nerve pain, are recovering from injury or surgery, or want to improve mobility, strength or sports performance. The sooner you start, the quicker we can help.

Duration:

60 Minutes

What happens in your appointment:
Your physiotherapist will take a detailed history, assess your movement and posture, then provide a tailored treatment plan. This may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, taping and self-management advice.

Number of sessions:
This depends on your condition. Many people feel an improvement after 1–3 sessions, with a personalised plan agreed with your physiotherapist.

After effects:
You may feel a little achy or tired for 24–48 hours after treatment. This is normal and usually settles quickly. Your physiotherapist will explain what to expect and when to contact us for advice.
